Fast forward to Sandalford Winery, where the vines and sky played witness to a ceremony filled with emotion and cultural richness. Angela and Brian exchanged vows, sealing the deal on a lifetime of love and shared dreams.

And oh, the reception—styled by the one and only Amber Jasper, a goddess of weddings in Perth. The venue transformed into a dreamy wonderland, a perfect reflection of Angela and Brian’s unique love story.

Now, let’s talk fashion! Angela stole the show in not one, not two, but three jaw-dropping outfits. Veronica Tabi’s robe kicked off the day, Tuscany’s wedding gown stole the ceremony spotlight, and when night fell, Matopeda’s evening gown brought the glam, all while rocking those adorable monogrammed fluffy slippers from Suii.

To add some musical magic, Angela and Brian flew in Abel Chungu, whose soulful tunes turned the reception into a love symphony. Live music, twinkling lights, and a hint of romance—need I say more?

The Look of Love: Dragana & Nemenja

Capturing loves’ timelessness once again – and what a stunning couple Dragana and Nemenja are. I had so much fun taking pictures for them at their beautiful Serbian wedding held at the wonderful Holy Trinity Serbian Orthodox Church.

I just love cultural weddings! I feel honoured to have had such a wide array of experiences with different cultures and religions… It’s beautiful to see the changing rituals and ceremonies, and how the common theme is always love. Lucky me to have the ability to capture that!

One of my favourite moments at Dragana and Nemenja’s wedding was watching them lay their eyes on each other for the first time at the church. It was obvious right away just how in love the pair are! You know, that look of love <3.

The reception took place at the State Reception Centre, a favourite of mine (which is great as I am their preferred vendor;)). It was so awesome capturing the couples’ first dance – heavenly actually. There were smoke machines that looked like clouds and also fireworks – SO much fun to shoot!

One for the Books Indeed: Deone Weds Alex

There are few feelings as awesome as having your work appreciated by professionals in your field – that’s why I felt so pleased when Deone and Alex asked me to shoot their wedding… because when an industry insider and her beau love your work, you know you’ve been doing a job well done! Yes, Deone is in the wedding business herself – not only as the wedding manager at State Buildings, but she also owns her own business, the awesome Dee for Design!

This duo’s big day was absolutely stunning… The outdoor ceremony was relaxed but lavish. The reception took place in a marquee that was set perfectly against one of my fave backdrops – the Aussie bush! And the styling was incredible. With florals from Fox and Rabbit, stationary by Grey Rabbit Design and furniture from M event hire, I couldn’t think of a better place to celebrate the newlyweds, and of course to eat the amazing cake provided by Cake and I!

I should add that there was an extra special guest that caught everyone’s attention (including mine) – Deone and Alex’s crazy cute dog! The pup was dressed to the nines, sporting a floral wreath necklace that was almost as spectacular as the couple’s jewellery made by Rohan Jewellers (but not quite haha;))

As you’ll see below I got heaps of nice moments, despite the quick photoshoot! Thanks again to Deone and Alex for trusting me to capture their special day.
